Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Data Engineering Consultant specializing in Process Mining to drive the development and integration of the oscare® technical platform, which supports health insurance business processes. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the continuous evolution of complex data models, leading Data Discovery and Validation workshops, and translating specialized functional requirements into clear, actionable work packages. A core function involves developing and supporting the implementation of insightful dashboards and guiding end-users on data interpretation. Key qualifications include a background in Informatics or Economics with a Business Intelligence (BI) focus, proven expertise in database management, data modeling (e.g., SQL, QlikSense), and excellent command of modern Process Mining technologies like mpmX or Celonis. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or ServiceNOW is also required. This position offers a hybrid work environment, flexible hours, and requires significant travel for client site integration.
