Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service support for high-quality medical products, primarily hospital beds and care furniture, across hospitals and nursing homes in the Upper and Lower Bavaria regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work in strict compliance with the Medical Device Law. The technician will be responsible for creating detailed documentation and inspection reports using an SAP-based Field Service Management system, autonomously scheduling appointments with customers, and managing tour planning. We are seeking a qualified electrician (Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering) or someone with equivalent technical training and professional service experience.
