Job Summary

This critical role involves managing and advancing measurement processes within the MINIFAB area, focusing heavily on quality assurance and precision. The Manager Measurement Technology will be responsible for developing and optimizing complex measurement strategies, programming coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) for the optical measurement of structured glass substrates, and ensuring maximum accuracy and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include leading and developing a measurement technology team, conducting comprehensive measurement studies (including gauge R&R), analyzing results, and collaborating closely on development projects. The ideal candidate holds an engineering or science degree, possesses several years of professional experience in measurement technology, particularly CMM programming, and has foundational knowledge of statistical data evaluation and specialized measurement techniques like white light interferometry.
