Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless, 24/7 operation and high availability of technical infrastructure across nationwide data centers. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair work for critical systems such as power supply, UPS, emergency power, HVAC, fire alarm, and security technology. The coordinator will liaise with service providers and internal departments, assist with troubleshooting, contribute to technical projects (modernization and optimization), and rigorously maintain technical documentation and compliance records for audits and certifications. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical or climate engineering and several years of experience in technical building operations, preferably within a data center environment. This position requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and participation in standby duty, offering significant responsibility within a growing, internationally backed company with flat hierarchies.
