Job Summary
This role involves precision assembly and quality control of medical products, primarily working under strict cleanroom conditions. The Medical Technician will be responsible for handling small components, performing fine mechanical assembly (Feinwerkmontage), and executing bonding and joining tasks. A critical part of the job includes the final inspection and reconciliation of product packaging and contents, alongside meticulous documentation of work orders. Key requirements include a clean working style, high manual dexterity and concentration, and the willingness to work in a 2-shift system (including night and weekend shifts). This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jena, offering a long-term perspective and the potential for direct takeover by the client.
