This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Natural or Life Sciences graduate (Bachelor/Master) to join an accredited medical diagnostic laboratory in Rostock, Germany, focusing on Molecular Biology and Infection Serology. The specialist will be responsible for the scientific oversight of these critical areas, including the introduction and verification of new diagnostic methods and tests. A key component of the job involves supporting and developing the established Quality Management system, managing internal and external quality controls, such as proficiency testing.
