Job Summary
This role is critical for driving the SAP strategy and digital transformation at BOKU University, focusing heavily on the Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, steering, and executing complex SAP projects and programs, particularly within HCM, ensuring alignment with the university's long-term vision. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating a team of SAP experts, acting as the interface between technical and functional teams, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers. The position requires strong leadership skills, deep technical understanding of SAP—especially HCM module integration—and experience in program management within an IT context.
