Senior Business Intelligence Consultant and Team Lead | Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in (Fachschule)

Job Summary

This senior role seeks an expert to strategically design and continuously develop the organization’s Power BI Service Portfolio, driving innovative solutions to prepare clients for digital transformation. The consultant will lead end-to-end BI projects, spanning the entire lifecycle from initial requirements analysis to successful Go-Live. A critical component of the role involves customer engagement, including leading persuasive workshops and supporting sales activities to successfully position BI offerings in the market. Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide technical leadership and coaching to a team of BI consultants, fostering their professional development. Candidates must bring at least five years of practical experience in the BI or data environment, coupled with deep technical expertise in the Microsoft BI ecosystem, including Power BI, SQL, DWH architectures, and ETL processes. Strong communication skills in both German and English are mandatory to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT.
