Job Summary

This role involves critical supplier quality management within an electrical engineering context. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of supplier relations, including selection, ongoing monitoring, and auditing. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing initial sampling, drafting quality agreements, and managing supplier complaints in collaboration with the purchasing department. A key responsibility is implementing escalation measures to prevent faulty product deliveries and granting special releases for procured products. Furthermore, the role requires leadership of employees in the incoming goods inspection department. Candidates must possess a strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, formal QM training, and auditor certification or initial audit experience. The position requires solid German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel to suppliers across Europe and occasionally Asia.
