Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineer tasked with independently coordinating and supervising construction projects focused on electrical and communications technology. Key daily activities include monitoring construction execution, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, cost targets, and quality standards, and verifying compliance with all relevant technical rules, norms, and guidelines. The engineer will be responsible for timely review and approval of performance records, managing defect resolution using tools like Planradar, and conducting invoice verification via AVA software. A critical component of the role involves direct negotiation with executing companies and acting as the primary on-site contact for all project stakeholders. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering and multi-year professional experience, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment, coupled with proficiency in project control IT tools such as MS Project.
