Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Manager of Cybersecurity Governance to drive the evolution and implementation of robust security frameworks within a prominent, listed corporation where IT security and data protection are top priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining the corporate cybersecurity governance structure, establishing reliable reporting and control processes, and continuously enhancing the organization's cybersecurity capabilities across the group. Key tasks include contributing to group-wide standards and frameworks, and coordinating critical security assessments like gap analyses and penetration testing with external partners. Candidates must possess several years of relevant experience, a strong background in security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, BSI Grundschutz, and familiarity with regulatory requirements like NIS2 and DORA. The position offers significant responsibility in a stable, crisis-proof environment, along with excellent flexibility, including over 80% remote work.
