Job Summary

Join a 100-person service team dedicated to a long-term client project in Northern Munich, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems. This role centers on the electrical maintenance and fault rectification of CNC-controlled Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and their associated peripherals. Day-to-day responsibilities include reliable root cause analysis, sustainable fault correction, and developing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence. You will meticulously document all work in SAP, engage directly with the end customer for service-related consultations, and supervise external companies during maintenance assignments. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in CMM maintenance and technical service within metrology. This position requires a customer-focused approach, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to work shifts, Saturdays, and on-call duty.
