Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Test Bench Engineer to support advanced battery development by managing and executing rigorous component testing, specifically utilizing high-voltage shakers and battery test benches. Daily responsibilities include planning test procedures, preparing setups, and performing essential maintenance and repair work on complex testing infrastructure. A key task involves creating test runs, designing necessary test fixtures using 3D/CAD software (like Autodesk Inventor or Catia), and conducting precise measurements of forces, accelerations, temperatures, currents, and voltages. The successful candidate must ensure thorough documentation of all test results in databases and assist with data evaluation. Applicants must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, coupled with deep practical knowledge of electrodynamic shakers and familiarity with measurement systems such as AVL PUMA, Dewesoft, and National Instruments.
