Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure and associated equipment for Sparkasse Nürnberg, focusing on ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing networks, hardware, operating and database systems, and self-service systems. A critical component of the job is the efficient implementation of supervisory requirements, particularly the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The specialist will also be tasked with conceptually developing the IT infrastructure in alignment with the central IT service provider (FI). Candidates should possess a relevant banking qualification (Sparkassenfachwirt/Betriebswirt) or a comparable technical background, coupled with professional experience in IT infrastructure support and good knowledge of workplace hardware.
