Job Summary

This role is critical for a major European banking IT service provider, focusing on the centralized management of IT assets across the organization. The IT Service Management Asset Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the comprehensive Asset Management process, ensuring a unified and consistent asset data structure. Day-to-day activities include developing a standardized asset database using necessary tools, generating essential reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conducting internal audits while supporting external examinations. You will act as a key consultant, advising internal customers and decision-makers on asset-related matters. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with a minimum of six years of professional experience in IT Service Management, ideally specializing in Asset and Configuration Management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements like DORA and strong project experience are essential for success in this impactful role, which offers significant scope for process optimization and consolidation.
