Job Summary
As a Specialist Medical End-Customer Support, you will be a crucial part of a collaborative and service-oriented IT team, contributing significantly to modern laboratory diagnostics. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring quality assurance and processing complex tickets, including inquiries within OrderEntry systems and laboratory data transfer. You will diagnose and resolve specific system issues related to laboratory data transmission (DFÜ), electronic findings information systems, and general printer and software problems. A key aspect of your role will be managing interfaces with 2nd-level support and handling disruptions, ensuring smooth information exchange and effective problem resolution, even under pressure. This role requires strong IT fundamentals, several years of support experience, and excellent communication skills to support medical end-customers and internal teams.
