Job Summary

This role as Technology Advisor, Lithography involves driving the development and optimization of advanced Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) processes crucial for manufacturing micro-optical components and nanostructures, primarily serving the semiconductor market. Day-to-day responsibilities include commissioning new EBL processes up to series production readiness, creating essential manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test plans), and supporting internal customers for optimal integration into production. The advisor will also be responsible for statistical data evaluation, optimizing existing processes, and managing related projects and sub-projects. Furthermore, the role involves supporting product development by conceiving and implementing new EBL technologies and optimizing layouts for optical sensors and micro-optical components. The ideal candidate must possess more than three years of experience with highly innovative electron beam exposure systems for nanostructuring and a technical degree, preferably in Physics or Electrical Engineering, making this a pivotal role in cutting-edge photonics manufacturing.
