Job Summary

This critical role involves taking full ownership of the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for the ESN and More Nutrition brands, from customer setup through order processing to payment receipt. The Director will be responsible for continuously developing and scaling the existing O2C framework, driving significant automation initiatives across central processes like EDI, Salesforce workflows, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, and Order Accuracy, ensuring high data quality, and collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to actively steer complex commercial processes, implement digital O2C capabilities, and contribute to the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA within a rapidly growing company in the sports nutrition sector.
