Job Summary

This role seeks an expert in Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA) to join a construction site team, focusing specifically on electrical engineering aspects for complex, high-volume construction projects (ranging from 10 to 35 million Euros). The Specialist Project Manager will independently manage the planning, tendering, awarding, cost monitoring, and quality control of TBE trades on site. Key responsibilities include coordinating TBE construction managers, overseeing installation processes, and managing project coordination with clients, architects, and executing companies. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training and brings several years of experience in TBE and complex project coordination, coupled with excellent organizational skills and resilience.
