Job Summary

This role involves joining the 'IT Security & operational Governance' team at a prominent Hamburg-based bank, focusing on the technical operation and continuous optimization of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system landscape. The Identity & Access Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of various IAM systems, ensuring secure and compliant operations from end-to-end, covering authorization concepts and lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). Key responsibilities include consulting on digitalization projects, leading IAM-related projects, and managing internal/external audits. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of IAM technologies, architectures, and protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), hands-on experience with specific IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity, EntraID, CyberArk), and strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python). Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for effective stakeholder management.
