Job Summary

This role involves delivering specialized technical training to customers on high-performance heavy machine tools, focusing on electrical and mechanical maintenance, product knowledge, and specialized equipment operation. The Customer Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting various training sessions, including crane, forklift, aerial work platform, and load securing certifications, as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) and height rescue training. A key part of the job is developing and maintaining comprehensive training documentation, including creating graphical representations of complex machine components and simplifying functional procedures for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical or mechanical fields, strong PC skills (especially PowerPoint and graphic design software), and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with international clients. This position offers an international work environment and requires a willingness to travel.
