Job Summary
This full-time role seeks a qualified Electrical Specialist to manage and maintain the complex control and telecontrol systems crucial for water management facilities in Poppenhausen. The specialist will primarily oversee a centralized process control system, ensuring the continuous monitoring and steering of association plants. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving faults, performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of telecontrol, transmission, electrical, and automation systems. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or related field, coupled with practical knowledge of medium and low voltage power supply, telecommunication systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). This position offers a stable, permanent contract under the TV-V collective agreement, 30 days of annual leave, and a collaborative work environment within a vital regional water supply organization.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Industrial Electrician, Master Craftsman, or equivalent qualification (Qualified Electrical Specialist - EFK)
Experience
- Professional experience in inspection, maintenance, and repair of technical systems
- Experience operating and controlling water extraction, treatment, and storage facilities (including pipe networks and pumping stations)
- Experience participating in the commissioning of electrical conversion or new construction projects
