Job Summary

This role involves leading the implementation and deployment of the proprietary iLIMS laboratory software solution for clients, focusing on the digitalization of laboratory processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, budget control, and ensuring project success against deadlines and quality standards. A key aspect is providing expert consulting to clients, translating customer requirements into technical specifications for the development team, and acting as the primary communication link between clients, the project team, and internal development. The ideal candidate combines a background in science (Chemistry, Biology) or business administration with strong IT affinity, multi-year experience in software project management (LIMS/ERP), and high communication skills to successfully guide customer laboratory teams through the implementation process.
