Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility as the Qualified Electrical Person (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10, overseeing electrical systems and operational equipment. The Head of Electrical Safety will actively shape the electrical safety structure, ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements such as ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV, and relevant DIN VDE standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning, testing, and commissioning electrical systems, conducting site inspections, creating risk assessments, and coordinating external contractors. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) and extensive experience as a VEFK. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent communication skills, along with fluency in both German and English, making this a pivotal role in ensuring operational safety and compliance within a global real estate service provider.
