Job Summary

This role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries regarding the Agenda Corporate Portal and associated cloud applications. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized support via phone and email, addressing user issues, and proactively creating educational content such as webinars to cover standard questions and application tips. You will also collaborate closely with Product Managers, assisting them with quality assurance to ensure applications meet high customer standards. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in IT, proficiency in Office applications, and preferably a background in commercial or IT-related fields.
