Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for the company's facility and grounds. Key daily tasks include performing inspections, minor repairs on machinery, doors, and lighting, and conducting preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. A major focus is troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including performing mandatory DGUV safety checks on electrical equipment. Beyond technical duties, the technician manages building upkeep, including groundskeeping, winter service, waste disposal, and monitoring fire safety and access control systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed craft apprenticeship, preferably as an electrician, or at least three years of relevant professional experience, coupled with strong practical skills, familiarity with electrical installations, and proficiency in German.
