Job Summary
This role involves driving digital transformation within the local government of Bad Schönborn, focusing on implementing new digital services in compliance with the Online Access Act and E-Government laws. The specialist will manage and coordinate IT projects, including hardware and software implementation, often working with external service providers. Key responsibilities also include ensuring cybersecurity measures are executed and monitored, acting as the primary contact for Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the administration, and conducting organizational studies for process optimization. Candidates should possess a relevant degree or certification in Public Management or Administration, strong knowledge of digitization and organizational principles, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. This is a crucial, demanding, and varied position supporting the community's continuous growth and modernization efforts.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Public Management, Digital Administrative Management, or equivalent, or a successfully completed certification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt)
Experience
- Professional experience in organization and digitalization
- Experience with the regisafe Document Management System (DMS) is advantageous
- Experience with the service-bw and Formsolutions service platforms is advantageous

- Fixed-term contract until September 30, 2027. Minimum 70% part-time or full-time availability required. Must be able to participate in council meetings (as a substitute) and assist with minute-taking.
