Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technician to join the Tabletting and Shaping team at Bayer, contributing to the production of non-coated dragées, film-coated tablets (intermediates), and standard tablets within strict E1 and F1 cleanroom environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent operation of complex computer-controlled tablet presses, performing routine in-process quality controls (IPCs), evaluating test results against product specifications, and maintaining detailed documentation according to manufacturing instructions. The specialist will also be responsible for rigorous cleaning of equipment and cleanrooms using standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Pharmakant or equivalent experience in the pharma, chemical, or food industry, coupled with strong technical understanding of production machinery and essential GMP knowledge. This position requires a high degree of self-reliance, systematic work ethic, and a willingness to work in shift operation.
