This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an HR and IT Administration Specialist to join a leading personnel management company, offering significant flexibility including 60% home office and flexible working hours. The core responsibilities involve providing crucial support to the HR IT Expert and the HR Administration team, focusing heavily on ticket processing across both domains. A major part of the role includes the administration and continuous development of the local time and absence management system (Atoss), requiring the specialist to generate accurate monthly and ad-hoc reports. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification or university degree, demonstrate exceptional proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit strong analytical thinking with a careful, structured approach to process optimization and daily tasks.
