Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing technical projects related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitation) systems within highly technical university buildings. The successful candidate will oversee all project phases from planning and tendering to implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations like HOAI and VOB. Key responsibilities include acting as the client representative for HVAC systems, advancing energy management initiatives, and contributing to the development of modern building management systems. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive team environment, contributing to the sustainable operation and modernization of university facilities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable field (Bachelor's or FH-Diplom)
Experience
- At least 6 months of professional experience post-graduation
- Experience with HOAI service phases, particularly § 55 (Technical Equipment), preferably in renovation and maintenance projects (advantageous)
- Experience in energy management (advantageous)
Languages

- Valid Class B driving license
