Job Summary
This role involves serving as the critical link between technical execution and commercial sales within a specialized commercial kitchen outfitter. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end technical and commercial preparation of complex sales offers and quotations for large-scale institutional catering projects (hospitals, nursing homes, corporate canteens). Key daily tasks include maintaining master data, compiling and verifying technical documentation, and managing the invoicing process. A crucial component of the job is coordinating the logistics of material delivery and assembly, ensuring smooth project handover to the customer. Candidates must possess a technical background, ideally a trade qualification, combined with a strong interest in commercial processes and excellent MS Office skills. Success requires a structured, independent working style, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in German at B2 level to effectively support the field service team and liaise with clients.
