Job Summary

This role involves driving the strategic development and continuous improvement of internal process and project management methodologies within a major construction, technology, and service group. The Strategic Process Manager will be responsible for the overarching control, quality assurance, and monitoring of internal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and coordinating company-wide standards, organizing the Project Management Office (PMO) steering committee, and structuring process documentation for user-friendliness. The position requires strong expertise in process and project management, excellent moderation skills for workshops and interviews, and the ability to manage change and stakeholder expectations. Furthermore, the manager will support and develop related software solutions, ensuring system compatibility, particularly concerning SAP S/4HANA integration, making this a critical role in the company's digital transformation.
