Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Design Engineer involves the comprehensive planning and dimensioning of control cabinets for an in-house manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include generating detailed electrical and wiring diagrams using specialized CAD software, specifically EPLAN P8 or WS-CAD, based on provided bills of materials (BOMs) and P&ID schematics. A crucial aspect of the job is performing and documenting necessary safety verifications and calculations utilizing tools such as Sistema or Simaris. Furthermore, the role requires meticulous maintenance and updating of material extracts within the ERP system and compiling component lists for material management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or possesses an equivalent qualification, such as a State Certified Electrical Technician, and must demonstrate very good proficiency with EPLAN P8, along with strong German language skills.
