Job Summary

This role is for a technically adept IT Support Specialist who enjoys helping others and has a strong understanding of software. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support for the company's innovative software solutions via phone, email, and remote access. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving software issues, troubleshooting user queries, and providing training and instruction to customers on software usage. You will also assist with software installation, configuration, and maintenance, working closely with development and sales teams to efficiently address customer needs. Required Skills

Education
