Job Summary

The AI Product Manager will be a key player in accelerating the energy transition by driving E.ON's digital transformation across Europe, specifically focusing on agentic AI solutions within enterprise IT. This role involves end-to-end ownership of an accelerator track, defining its vision, roadmap, and execution. Day-to-day tasks include translating complex agent architectures into intuitive, enterprise-ready products, designing agent workflows, defining success metrics for autonomous agent performance, and leading the prioritization of high-value use cases. The ideal candidate must have a deep background in product management, particularly with AI/ML products, and hands-on experience shipping autonomous AI systems in complex IT environments. Success requires technical fluency, exceptional communication skills to align technical and business audiences, and a bias for action to embed scalable, resilient AI-native capabilities across IT ecosystems.
