Job Summary

This role is for a service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join the W+ST IT Consult GmbH team in Dillingen, focusing on supporting partner companies and their clients within the W+ST Group, a leading tax consulting and auditing firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive First-Level-Support via phone, remote access, and on-site, managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard and specialized industry software like DATEV and Microsoft Office, and resolving issues within the Windows environment, including clients, networks, and peripheral devices. A key component of the job involves administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID, alongside creating technical documentation and conducting user training. The ideal candidate has completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses strong communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving in a modern, stable, and supportive work environment.
