Job Summary

This role involves joining the Key User Team for the Infoma newsystem financial software within the Treasury & Controlling department of the City of Überlingen. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting and advising colleagues and specialized departments on the use of the financial system. Key responsibilities include actively participating in ERP software projects, developing and implementing new processes to enhance the existing system landscape, and building and maintaining system-supported reporting for committees and administration. A strong background in finance software, particularly Infoma newsystem, coupled with excellent communication, structured problem-solving skills, and a relevant degree (e.g., Public Management or Business Administration), is essential.
