Job Summary

This role involves the production of in-vitro test kits and the preparation of necessary reagents and solutions according to established procedures for a leading provider of lab diagnostics and automation in the field of immunological diseases. The Biological Technical Assistant will be responsible for performing immunoassays, analyzing results using computer systems, and meticulous documentation in manufacturing protocols (similar to GMP standards). Key requirements include a completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, CBTA, MTA, or equivalent, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and good to very good German language skills. As experience grows, the role offers increasing responsibility in production organization, including planning subsequent steps, managing inventory, and raw material verification, making it an engaging full-time position with flexible hours and no weekend work.
