Job Summary

This specialized technical role focuses on the repair, maintenance, and commissioning of a wide variety of electrical drive systems and industrial machinery. Key responsibilities include the assembly, disassembly, installation, and startup of electric motors, submersible pumps, and various drives, including AC, DC, servo, and explosion-proof (Ex) motors. The technician is crucial for ensuring plant operational readiness by performing detailed fault analysis, rapid troubleshooting, and error correction. A core component of the job involves meticulous digital documentation, including the creation of inspection and acceptance protocols for all maintenance work. The ideal candidate must possess a formal qualification as an Electronics Technician for Machinery and Drive Technology, Electrical Machine Builder, or Mechatronics Technician, complemented by practical professional experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering, particularly in motor rewinding and gearbox maintenance.
