Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist Engineer in Electrical and Building Services Engineering (ELT), joining a successful planning office focused on technical building equipment. The primary responsibilities include planning and consulting for building and supply technology projects, specifically covering all service phases (1-9) of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Day-to-day tasks involve managing and executing projects, potentially leading them, coordinating interdisciplinary issues across different trades, and serving as a key consultant for clients and architects. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing.) in ELT or a comparable field, coupled with planning experience and strong knowledge of relevant German regulations (VOB, DIN, VDE, HOAI).
