Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Energy Systems Electrician seeking a supervisory position within switchgear manufacturing for a major client in Erftstadt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of manufacturing staff. Day-to-day duties include providing detailed technical guidance to employees, handling personnel planning and deployment, and onboarding new team members. Furthermore, you will actively monitor the progress of current projects and manage the preparation for future projects, including inventory monitoring and material procurement. Oversight of loading procedures and cargo securing is also a key responsibility. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification and at least five years of professional experience, including personnel management.
