This role involves taking on the full responsibility for training apprentices in the Electronics Technician for Industrial Systems trade. Day-to-day activities include providing practical and theoretical instruction, planning comprehensive training content according to regulatory standards, and supporting trainees through their examinations. You will individually mentor apprentices to foster their professional and personal growth while collaborating closely with schools and relevant departments to ensure high-quality vocational education. Furthermore, the position requires parallel work within the company's testing field. Candidates must possess a Master Electrician or Technician qualification in an electrical engineering field and have successfully passed the mandatory Instructor Aptitude Examination.
