Job Summary

This challenging and varied role involves driving the standardization and digitalization of digital sales within the public transport sector across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and Germany. The specialist will lead implementation and innovation projects, focusing on the digitalization of business processes from a business administration perspective, and conducting analyses on fundamental issues of digital sales, including new mobility concepts. Key responsibilities include advising transport companies, regional associations, and industry partners on system tenders, development, and expansion of standards, while also supporting the development of strategies in alignment with political guidelines and legal aspects. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess practical professional experience, and demonstrate enthusiasm for digital sales, coupled with knowledge of software development processes, APIs, and modern development and management tools.
