Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Specialist in Reporting and Consolidation to manage the international group reporting, including consolidation according to IFRS/HGB standards for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The specialist will ensure complete and timely reporting (Actuals, Forecast, Plan) and work closely with Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and international group companies. Key responsibilities include consolidating individual financial statements using modern tools like Lucanet, maintaining and developing reporting tools, and supporting subsidiaries in preparing financial statements and adhering to IFRS and internal guidelines. Furthermore, the role involves handling international tax issues, transfer pricing documentation, audits, and currency management. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, have several years of professional experience in group accounting, and be proficient in consolidation, corporate tax, IFRS/HGB, SAP, and MS Excel, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
