Job Summary

This Senior Data Analyst role, embedded within the Grow & Engage domain of a leading FinTech company, focuses on driving strategic, data-informed decisions and shaping product development. Day-to-day, the analyst will lead high-complexity, end-to-end analyses, develop measurable targets for initiatives, and support product experimentation by designing test plans and delivering actionable insights. A core responsibility involves building robust analytics foundations, creating monitoring dashboards aligned with company OKRs, and educating teams on data access and understanding through workshops. Key requirements include 4+ years of relevant experience, advanced proficiency in causal inference techniques (like uplift modeling and quasi-experimental methods), and expertise in designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate experiments.
