Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining the company's internal IT infrastructure, focusing on user management, troubleshooting, and hardware deployment. Day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and resolving access or password issues. You will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing IT incidents related to both hardware and software, coordinating solutions with external service providers. A key function is the setup and issuance of PCs and mobile devices (Android and iOS), installing standard software, managing peripheral devices, and replacing defective hardware. Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring network components, maintaining backups, and configuring Windows and Linux servers, including patch and update management.
