This role involves driving the development and continuous improvement of industrial Inkjet printing systems, specifically focusing on Piezo Drop-on-Demand (DoD) technology. The Development Engineer will be responsible for translating new concepts and technologies into functional prototypes and guiding them through to series production. Key day-to-day tasks include interdisciplinary collaboration with mechanical, electronic, and software teams, conducting feasibility analyses on various substrates, and meticulously optimizing waveforms, printing parameters, and process flows to ensure superior print quality, stability, and performance. Candidates must possess a degree in Printing and Media Technology, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with necessary expertise in Piezo DoD Inkjet technology and UV inks.
