Job Summary

This role involves developing and maintaining backend components for modern payment transaction interfaces, serving millions of customers within the cooperative financial group's Core Banking division. The successful candidate will work in the Open Banking/FinTS/Multibanking squad, collaborating across locations and interfaces. Key responsibilities include creating technical concepts and solutions, implementing them in coordination with Product Owners and System Architects, and mentoring junior team members. This position requires deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, significant experience with cloud environments, high-availability services, and distributed systems. Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), event-based communication (Kafka), and DevSecOps principles is essential.
