Job Summary

This leadership role involves steering the Sustainability strategy for Corporate Real Estate across the EMEA region for DHL Group, the world's leading logistics provider. The Head of Sustainability will lead the CRE EMEA Sustainability department, managing personnel and budget to ensure economic success and the achievement of corporate sustainability goals. Key responsibilities include defining the regional sustainability roadmap, implementing global directives, managing regional sustainability measures across the entire property lifecycle, and acting as the central point of contact for energy and sustainability topics within the real estate portfolio. The successful candidate must possess a university degree in a relevant field like Real Estate or Engineering and a minimum of seven years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership capacity, coupled with strong project management skills.
