Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support and administration for the university's Campus Management System (HISinOne) and other specialized IT applications. The specialist will work closely with student administration, the computing center, and external service providers to configure, administer, maintain, and further develop these critical systems. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing technical updates, mapping admission, enrollment, study, and examination regulations within the system, and providing comprehensive support to all user groups. The ideal candidate possesses an IT degree or equivalent qualification, several years of experience supporting IT systems (ideally campus management systems), and proficiency in scripting/programming languages and database systems. This is a part-time (80%), two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanent employment, offering flexible hours and mobile working options.
Required Skills

Completed IT apprenticeship, degree in Computer Science, or comparable qualifications
Experience
- Several years of experience in the introduction or support of IT systems
- Experience in dealing with Campus Management Systems (ideal)
- Experience with documentation systems (desirable)
